about jam

James Mulchrone of Jam started his career as a chef in Kenmare’s Park Hotel, moving on to Roly’s Bistro in Dublin only to return to head up D’Arcys restaurant in Kenmare. In 2000, James opened the first Jam café/deli in Kenmare, followed by Killarney, Tralee and Cork.

Using traditional methods and decades of experience, it’s here in the heart of Kerry we mix, prepare, knead, bake and cook our fresh breads, scones, cakes, pies and a whole lot more sweet and savoury dishes for you to enjoy.
